As a consumer, you are entitled to certain rights under the law. If you know something to be inaccurate, wrong, unverifiable or misleading, you have the option to challenge the information. Our step by step process makes this very easy for our customers, and our one-on-one knowledge sharing sessions keep our customers inform about the best practices to increasing their scores.
OUR PROCESS
STEP 1
- Step 1: Introduction
- After you schedule your FREE consultation with us, we will sit down with you to give you an introduction to our process, as well as how it affects you. You will be fully aware of how we are handling your credit at all times. During this introduction, we will listen to your goals, review any derogatory marks (including inaccuracies!) that you may have, & help guide you to our best plan!
STEP 2
- Step 2 : Disputing
- Once you are certain that you are ready, we will waste no time & get to work right away! As part of the disputing process, we identify any problems that are bringing your credit down & take action. Keep in mind that we tell no lies! Our dispute letters are formed based on what you tell us, nothing more, nothing less! We’ll dispute each inaccuracy accordingly, and will work endlessly to help you achieve your Goals!!
STEP 3
- Step 3: Preparing your Roadmap
- As we let the disputes progress, we’ll schedule another meeting with you to begin discussing your roadmap. Your roadmap is personalized to fit your credit report, as well as your goals. Each step should be followed carefully to ensure that we stay on track to achieving your goal!
STEP 4
- Step 4: Monthly Review
- As your credit is in the process of being repaired, you will also receive a monthly call from us to check up on you. This is where we hope to do more than fix your credit. We will review the goals you have established as well as any possible ways to accelerate towards them. If you are not successful we are not successful!!
